Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label alongside detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted for a refund.

Damages & Order Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect product so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it immediately.

Exchanges The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to initiate a return for your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item directly on our website.

Refund Windows We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned shipment to confirm if the refund has been approved.

Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or financial institution may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.
